Tiffany is the person who represents that entity with one star service, because she can't make a two minute call to explain my manager the appropriate document(and what information should be in it), so there are no mistakes and running back and forth for my application. Also that is the person who trashed my cedit score with 2 inquries for 1 application. Just for the record, I work from 6am to 6pm and running to the branches is not the most convenient thing for me.
